No. I will use the tools you have to build reports that work for you.
If you’re a Raiser’s Edge NXT user, I’ll focus on building custom dynamic dashboards. I may, in some cases, suggest you buy an add-on from Blackbaud called Insight Designer, but only if it will meet needs I can’t meet otherwise.

No. My goal is always to make organizations self sufficient. To that end, I will focus on dynamic dashboards that need minimal maintenance. And in situations where dynamic dashboards aren’t a good fit, I will make sure your staff is trained and has detailed SOPs to keep your data accurate on an ongoing basis.
